Rabbi Ben Fried is a graduate of Yeshiva University as well the Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education. He received his rabbinic ordination from Mestivta Tifferes Yerushalayim in Manhattan's Lower East Side. His teaching career began in 2002 where he taught for two years at the Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy. He then taught for eight years at the Ramaz Middle School where he also ran the daily minyan and was involved in informal programming. He joined the Fuchs Mizrachi Community in 2012, first serving as the Junior High Director and finally the Junior High Principal in 2013.
