Ploni gets so angry he throws the I-Pod down the stairs. He doesn't know it, but sitting there is Reuven the Rasha, who broke in to steal Ploni's computer. It hits Reuven the Rasha on his head, killing him instantly.
Does Ploni have to be exiled to Ir haMilkat? Why or why not?
