Here are two questions for you....
1) Reuven and Shimon said Mr. Ploni killed Mr. Almoni at Jacobs Field on July 4 at noon. Zevulun and Yissachar come and say this is impossible since Mr. Ploni was with them in Boston on July 4 at noon. Are Reuven and Shimon aydim zo'me'mim? Why or why not?
2) In our Mishna, WHY are the witnesses considered plotting in the last case, but not the others?
