Story Time - The Golem of Prague

Rabbi Hecht is a fabulous story teller. He visited the kindergarten kids today and shared the following story:

The kindergarten kids dictated the story to Morah Ruchie later in the day:

“Rabbi Hecht told us about the Golem from a place, Prague.

The rabbi of the town made him from mud and clay. When the Rabbi put on the Emet Hat on the golem, he became alive.

The Golem fought the bad guys and saved the Jews.

The Rabbi put the Golem in a room on the second floor of the shul. He took off his hat and the golem froze on the bed. The Rabbi closed and locked the door and took the key.

If a bad guy ever comes again, a special guy will unlock the door, put the special Emet Hat on the golem and he will become alive again.”
