Yeshivot/Midrashot

Yeshivot / Midrashot

Spending a year in Israel post-high school is the natural outgrowth of a Fuchs Mizrachi education.  Over 90% of our graduates follow this path, where they proudly attend the finest and most demanding institutions.  Here, too, we recognize the heterogeneous nature of our student body.  Therefore, extensive guidance is provided to ensure that students make the choice that is right for them.

The year(s) spent studying in Israel post-high school, is a crucial stage in our students’ development, and therefore much care and consideration is given to ensure that each student attends the program that will allow for his/her maximum growth.

Representatives from a wide array of yeshivot and midrashot are given opportunities to present their programs to both juniors and seniors.  The principal meets with the senior class both collectively, and individually, to address the needs and concerns of each student.  The Judaic staff assists in this endeavor by volunteering their time to discuss the various options available.   In this manner, the students receive a healthy range of perspectives as they make this critical choice.
