About
Excellence, leadership, living Jewish values
Founded in 1983 as Bet Sefer Mizrachi of Cleveland, Fuchs Mizrachi School today is an Orthodox Jewish/Religious Zionist college preparatory day school (pre-nursery through 12th grade). Our name honors Leonard and Susan Fuchs for their inspiration and generosity during the first formative years of our history.
Striving for educational excellence at every level, providing stability and engaging imagination, Fuchs Mizrachi produces Jewish men and women of stature, capable of “swimming in all waters:” the passionate, creative, courageous leaders of the next generation, who can exemplify the beauty of living Jewish values and love of Israel in the larger world.
Fuchs Mizrachi School and The Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland
Fuchs Mizrachi School is proud to be a partner agency of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland. No Federation in the country has been more supportive of Jewish education, and our students continue to benefit from the innovative and forward-looking educational initiatives sponsored by the Federation and the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland. We are strengthened by the atmosphere of cooperation and true partnership that exists between our school and the Jewish Community Federation leadership. Their mission is our mission.
