Here are two questions about this Mishna......

1) Kiddush on Shabbat or Yom Tov evening has two b'rachot.  What are they?  Are the long or short b'rachot?  Why?

2) The Gemara gives ANOTHER reason why Beit Hillel says the b'racha on wine is before the b'racha on the day.  "When you have something more common (frequent) and something less common, the one that is more common comes first."

Explain this answer.
