Please let me explain....

We already know that women don't have to do mitzvot aseh she'hazman gramah- positive mitzvot that have to be done at a certain time.

We also know that every Mishna is here for a reason.  There is no extra word.  So there has to be a good reason that the Mishna is teaching us something that should be obvious.

The Bartenura is here to explain it to us.

But you need to know two abbreviations....

This means, "it might have gone up on your mind."  In other words: "You might have thought this."

This means, "so you need the Torah (Mishna) to teach us what it does."

(Some people remember this abbreviation by remembering:)
